If you would like to order flowers in memory or in honor of a loved one, please fill out the form. Orders are due by midnight Monday, April 14th. Plants may be picked up after the 10:30 am Easter Service. We are unable to individualize flower orders, if taking flowers home with you, choose any of the potted plants. Plants are $20.00 each, if buying more than one, please fill out multiple forms. Thank you
